How do I apply?
Apply here by September 30, 2021 (more AIM High dates below)
How it works
During the program, mentors and mentees meet once a month to discuss career goals and workplace topics. Resources are provided to guide the conversations but topics can vary depending on the needs and interests of the mentee.
The mentee is responsible for scheduling all meetings after the initial session and for clearly articulating expectations of the mentoring partnership. Openness to feedback is encouraged, although each mentee is responsible for his/her own development. Conversations between mentor and mentee are confidential.
How to apply
To apply, complete the online application by September 30, 2021. The AIM High Mentoring Committee will review your application. Once your application is approved and accepted, you will be matched with a mentor and provided with the name and contact info of your mentor. Your mentor will contact you to schedule the first meeting. After that, it is the mentee’s responsibility to arrange the meeting times.
Mentors and mentees will meet virtually or otherwise use the venue of their choice for in-person meetings. Mentees are required to attend at least 2 of the workshops during the program.
*Participation in the program is contingent on the availability of mentors.
